Work/Life Flexibility

  • Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance (MJ pays 80% of all Individual Employee coverage, then shares difference between 2 Person & Family premiums)
  • Vacation (To support a healthy work/life balance, MJ employees earn vacation starting with their 1st pay period!)
  • Sick Leave + Disability Days (Full-time employees accrue 9 days of Sick Leave per year, in addition to banking 3 days of disability leave, up to combined maximum of 520 hours.)
  • Holidays (8 paid Holidays each year: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, plus 1 "Management's Choice" day announced at the beginning of each year.)
  • Summer Hours/Half-Day Fridays (From Memorial Day – Labor Day, MJ's offices close at 11:30am on Fridays to give employees a jump start on their weekend. Work days increase 1-hour Monday – Thursday, so only 4 hours are worked on Fridays.)
  • Remote Access/Telecommuting (Employees can access a virtual desktop on MJ's private cloud via Citrix, allowing flexibility to work from any MJ office or off-site location.)
  • Physical Fitness Reimbursement (MJ supports employees in being physically fit by reimbursing ½ your annual gym membership, up to $300/year.)
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP provides free, confidential counseling for employees and their immediate family members.)
